CLEEDEE

Overview

Cleedee is a Cyprus-based HR-tech startup that helps hospitality employers hire faster and better. Today the service combines a recruitment platform with human-supported screening. The CLEEDEE project takes it to its next stage: a fully automated, AI-assisted Recruitment-as-a-Service platform built on responsible-AI principles.

Over 24 months the project develops the platform and its AI assistant, embeds transparency and fairness safeguards designed together with employers, candidates and sector stakeholders, and validates the service in international markets, starting with Greece and Austria.

Objectives

• Automate the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to screening, shortlisting and offer.
• Develop an AI assistant that supports hiring decisions through a secure, transparent and fairness-aligned logic layer.
• Embed responsible recruitment practices, including localisation, transparency and bias mitigation, co-designed with employers, candidates and sector stakeholders.
• Validate international readiness with pilots in Greece and Austria.
• Strengthen the company's investment readiness and growth plan.

Expected results

• A market-ready, automated recruitment platform for hospitality employers.
• An AI assistant validated with real hiring teams under responsible-AI safeguards.
